Check that the platform architecture matches the Atool version.
The Atool_x86 and Atool_arm apply to the systems using x86 and arm
architectures, respectively.
Check that command parameters are correct.
Check that the module's ports have been mapped correctly. If the module fails to
be mapped, check whether the module starts or whether the driver is installed
properly.
Check whether the module's ports are used by other programs. If yes, stop the
programs that use the ports.
Check whether any third-party service uses the module's ports. If yes, stop the
services. For example, to stop the modem manager service, run stop
modemmanager; to stop the RIL service, run stop ril-daemon.
Check that neither the machine where the Atool is installed nor the USB port is
hibernated.
