Solution
Confirm the network is configured to assign IP addresses. If
needed, a SMRT Logic can be manually configured to use
a static IP address. Refer to Advanced SMRT Logic network
setup on the website.
Confirm there is a valid internet connection using the same
Ethernet wire if possible.
