Inspect the drive tube for damage. Dents in the
tube (after a kickback for example) may cause the
driveshaft to bind in the bearings. This may give rise to
vibration and in the worst case seizure of the bearings.
Assembly
Assemble the drive shaft tube in reverse order to
dismantling
NOTE: Its extremely important to ensure that the drive
shaft tube abuts against the angle gear and that the stop
screw is properly tightened.
