6. Type a valid URL (such as www.surfboard.com) in the Address bar and then press Enter. The ARRIS SURFboard website should open. If the website fails to open, please contact your service provider for assistance to either reactivate your S33 or check for possible signal issues. -

If this is your first time logging on to the S33 web manager, you must use admin for the username. For network security, ARRIS recommends that you change the user password after logging on for the first time. Questions and answers
Using Surfboard S33v2 on Optimum network for less than a year. The normal state showed a blue LED. We then had an outage that lasted a couple of hours. When service came back, the LED started orange, then flashed green, then went off - no solid blue. However, the unit seems to be working normally. Why would the Blue LED no longer appear? I **** getting 800M download speed. Does it need a software update?
