Removal and installation of
control valve assembly
Removal
k
Lower the work equipment to the ground
and stop the engine.
k
Loosen the cap of the hydraulic tank gradu-
ally to release the internal pressure of the
hydraulic tank.
k
Release the residual pressure from the
hydraulic circuit. For details, see Testing
and adjusting, "Releasing residual pres-
sure from hydraulic circuit".
a Before disconnecting the hoses and tubes,
make match marks on them.
a Install oil stopper plugs to the disconnected
hoses and tubes.
1. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank.

Hydraulic tank: 470 l
2. Remove control valve covers (1).
3. Remove control valve cover bracket (2).

4. Disconnect PPC hoses (3) of the pilot selector
valve and hose (4) between the control valves
1
and remove valve assembly (5).
5. Disconnect sensor (6) from the filter.
6. Remove tubes (7) between main pumps and
tube (8) between the 4-spool control valve and
5-spool control valve.
