The Synthes Titanium Trochanteric Fixation Nail (TFN) System permits an intramedullary approach for the fixation of frac- tures of the femur. The TFN System consists of a series of cannulated nails, cannulated helical blades, cannulated femoral neck screws, cannulated end caps, and locking bolts and screws.
