Configuration of Laser Displacement Sensor

The following figure shows the system configuration of the control module.

For applicable combinations of CPU modules and the other modules and for the number of mountable
modules, refer to the following.

Precautions
• When connecting one sensor head to the control module, connect the sensor head to the SENSOR HEAD A connector.
When one sensor head is used and it is connected to the SENSOR HEAD B connector, measurement cannot be
performed.
• Be careful of the incorrect wiring when connecting each device. For the wiring, refer to the following.
