Problem
The crockery is not
warm enough.
The crockery is too hot. The  Warming plates/dishes or  Warming cups/

Possible cause and remedy
The  function for warming plates and dishes has
not been selected.
 Select the correct function.
The temperature setting is too low.
 Select a higher temperature.
The air vents are covered.
 Ensure that the air can circulate freely.
The crockery has not been allowed to heat up for a
sufficiently long time.
 Various factors affect how long crockery takes to
heat up (see "Warming crockery").
