Cause ID = 1
An unrecoverable fault
occurred in the internal
circuit.
Cause ID = 2
The output resistance of
the PV array to ground is
low.

Troubleshooting Suggestion
 Cause ID = 1
1. Turn off the AC output
switch and then the DC
input switch. After 15
minutes, turn on the AC
output switch and then the
DC input switch.
2. If the fault persists, contact
the dealer or Huawei
customer service center.
 Cause ID = 2
1. Check the output resistance
of the PV array to ground.
If there is a short circuit or
lack of insulation, rectify it.
2. If the fault persists, contact
the dealer or Huawei
customer service center.
