One-way or round trip
On the [Route] screen, touch [Trip
Type]. The screen changes as follows.
Touch either [One way] or [Round trip],
according to your preference.

To specify places to be avoided
You can designate specifi c places that
will be excluded on the route.
On the [Route] screen,
[Avoidance setting].
The [Avoidance setting]
appears.
Touch or to scroll up or down,
and touch the desired place name
(such as [Highways]) to be avoided.

To register your home
It is recommended to fi rst register
your home before you start using the
system as a navigational tool.

register your home in various ways.

1. On the [Home] screen, touch
[by Address].
To register a specifi c position on the
map as your home
1. On the [Home] screen, touch
[by Search Map].
2. Move the cross cursor to your
home on the map that appears,
and touch [Set].
