3. On the [Communi.]
menu, touch [Bluetooth].
The [Bluetooth] screen appears.
To turn on/off Bluetooth communica-
tion
To use a Bluetooth device such
as a smartphone with the system,
you must first turn on the Bluetooth
communication of the system.
On the [Bluetooth] screen, touch
[Bluetooth] so that a checkmark is
added, and Bluetooth communication
is turned on.
To turn it off, touch [Bluetooth] again
so that the checkmark is removed.

Bluetooth device connection (pairing)

The system allows you to search for
a nearby Bluetooth device such as
a smartphone, view the detected
Bluetooth device name, and establish
connection with the Bluetooth device.
Proceed as follows.
1. On the [Bluetooth] screen, touch
[Search device].
If a Bluetooth device is detect-
ed, its name will be displayed,
as shown in the following exam-
ple.
2. Touch the
name.
A confirmation window like the
following appears.
When connection with the Bluetooth
device is successfully established, the
[Paired device list] screen appears.

On the [Paired device list] screen, you
can confirm the available functions of

3. Touch [Pair].
If a message appears on the
Bluetooth device that prompts
you to confirm pairing, operate
as requested.
