North up map
This is a 2-dimensional map with the
north direction always on the upper
side.
3-D heads up map
The map is displayed in 3 dimensions.
Due to the nature of this display, North
Up view is not possible.
To scroll the map
Touch your fi nger on the map to the
desired direction.
A [View map] screen like the following
appears.
You can search the surrounding area
and set a destination. For details, see
page 9-4.

BASIC OPERATIONS
Going home using route guidance
Once you have registered your home,
you can set a route from the current
location to your home, and then start
route guidance.
A typical example is shown below.
1. On the HOME screen, touch
[NAVI].
2. Touch [Destination].
