TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Possible causes
Load
Load
The condition may not always be preventable. To minimise the
possibility of etching, use minimum amount of detergent.
Use of the appropriate programme.
Use of a rinse aid may also help.
Make sure dispenser is dry before adding powder detergent.
Start dishwasher immediately.
Start dishwasher soon after adding gel detergent. Do not allow
detergent to dry out in the dispenser.
Do not overfill. Cover should close tightly. Check cover for fit.
Do not place large items in front part of dishwasher.
Use detergent within one or two months of purchase. To
assure freshness, buy detergent as needed and no more than
one or two at a time. Store in a cool, dry place.
Select longer wash programme.
Load with care following the instructions for use. Place
glassware so it does not touch the other dishes. Remove from
dishwasher carefully.
Use the pre-wash cycle at least once a day until a load
accumulates, or hand rinse dishes before loading the
dishwasher.
Clean filter system.

Questions and answers
Unknown message on dishwasher display
The message "C3a snecce.l Load" does not appear to be a standard message from the Lamona LAM8303 dishwasher manual. It is likely a misinterpretation or corruption of a system message. However, based on the provided context, it may relate to the cancellation of a program or an issue with loading. If the dishwasher is displaying an unclear message, try resetting the appliance by turning it off and on. If the issue persists, consult the manual or contact customer support.

There is no error messages when setting the dishwasher but when closing the door its not starting but seems no problems with any catches
The Lamona LAM8303 dishwasher may not start when the door is closed if the door was opened during a programme. The dishwasher stops immediately when the door is opened and only resumes when the door is properly closed. Ensure the door is fully closed and latched securely. Additionally, if the draining process is not completed, or the power needs to be reset (Power Off/On and re-programme), the dishwasher may also not start.

@Mr. Anderson we looked at these solutions but even though power is all reset and power getting to dishwasher when shutting the door the dishwasher will not start I have purchased a new dishwasher door fitment but still not working
