PROBLEM SOLVING
Solution
Increase the amount of detergent, especially when washing
full loads or in hard water areas.
Increase water softener dosage. Use additional detergent,
increase rinse agent dosage.
Wash using a hotter, longer cycle.
Not possible for water to flow away on surface.
Check the nozzle holes in the spray arms are not blocked with
food debris. Check and clean them periodically.
Follow instructions for use and loading procedures. Place
dishes so that water spray reaches all soiled surfaces. Do not
overcrowd the baskets since this will block the water spray.
Check mains water pressure. Fill hose kinked.
Remove any accumulated food debris. Check and clean filters
periodically.
Rinse items thoroughly before putting them into the
dishwasher to remove dish washing detergent.
Load so that all items are properly tilted for good drainage.
Avoid nesting of dishes and/or silverware.
Add liquid rinse aid.
Select longer, hotter programme.
