Check whether the power unit type used has been programmed in Basic-Setup -

Thyristor (Power) Unit Setup, and change it if necessary.
Perform the first test weld without firing (Weld/No weld internal "off" or <Weld/No

Then change to Quick-Programming and enter the following test parameters:
