1. Lift up the left front corner of the flipper door (document insert cover) and pull the cover
from the printer (see Figure 29).
2. If the document is visible, remove the document.
3. Replace the flipper door.

If you cannot remove the document, lift up the tab on the left side of the check flipper
cartridge (with a blue label) and remove the check flipper cartridge from the printer (see
Figure 31).
