The error number does not display on the PanelView Plus 400 - 600 terminals.

The following table provides a list of system error messages that may
display on startup. The messages apply to all PanelView Plus
terminals except where indicated.
The 400-600 terminals display only the error number.
IMPORTANT
The 700-1500 terminals display both the error
number and the message.
Description
POST RAM Test failure
400-600: Firmware download failure
700 - 1500: Internal Compact Flash
Card access failure
400-600: General error
System firmware is incompatible
with the boot loader
POST Watchdog Test failure
POST Stuck Key Test failure
POST Stuck Touch Test failure
POST dead battery failure
Non-volatile memory access failure
Display Module EEPROM data is
corrupted
Display Module over-temperature
failure
Processor over-temperature failure
System firmware is missing or
corrupt
External Compact Flash card access
failure
Eboot failure
Recommended Action
Reset terminal. If error occurs again,
replace the terminal.
Reset terminal. If error occurs again,
replace the terminal.
Call technical support.
Upgrade terminal with proper version of
firmware. See Chapter 7.
Reset terminal. If error occurs again,
replace the terminal.
Reset terminal. If error occurs again,

400-600: Replace terminal.
700-1500: Replace battery.
Replace Logic Module.
Replace Display Module.
Reduce ambient temperature.

Reload firmware using Firmware Upgrade
Wizard. See Chapter 8.
Replace Compact Flash card. If replacing
the card does not correct the problem,
replace the terminal.
Reset terminal. If error occurs again,
replace the terminal.
