Operation Instructions The KLW4000 electric hydraulic pump is designed for hydraulic torque wrench tools. The pump contains a 2-way, 4-position control valve.Port A is a high pressure point which exports the oil at the high pressure and port B is a low pressure point which returns the oil at low pressure.
