Tap [Stop] to stop recording.

R You can use smart control scenarios to record images. See "Smart control features (overview)",
Page 49.
R The maximum recording time is 15 minutes.
R If [The hub's SD card is full.] is displayed, the hub's SD card is full and new recordings cannot be
saved. Erase unneeded recordings (see "Erasing recordings", Page 61).
R For information about SD cards and how recordings are saved, see "Information about SD cards",
Page 66.

Taking snapshots

You can save snapshots (i.e., still images) while viewing live camera images. Snapshots are saved in
your mobile device's default photo album app.

From the [Home Network] app home screen, tap [Camera].

Tap the camera image of the desired camera.

Tap [Photo].
Note:
R Snapshot sizes are scaled to fit the width of your mobile device's display.
R iPhone, iPad
Snapshots are saved as JPEG files in your mobile device's "Photos" app.
R Android devices
Snapshots are saved as JPEG files in your mobile device's "Pictures" directory. The file naming
convention is: device name + the date and time.

Talking to the camera

You can use your mobile device's microphone and the camera's built-in speaker to talk to someone
where the camera is installed.

From the [Home Network] app home screen, tap [Camera].

Tap the camera image of the desired camera.

Tap and hold [Talk].
R The audio from your mobile device's microphone is played through the camera's speaker until you
release your finger.
R Talk in turns with the other party. (While you are talking to the camera, you will not be able to hear
audio from the camera's microphone.)
Note:
R To adjust the camera's speaker volume, open the options menu (see "Displaying the options menu",
Page 35) and tap [Camera Speaker Volume].

Playing a lullaby (indoor cameras only)

You can play a lullaby using the camera's built-in speaker.
