Fixed Answer Key
All calls ring at this key.
Special Programmable Answer Keys
All calls from outside the facility come to this key
All calls from stations in your facility ring at this key
Calls from outside the facility that are extended to a
station but not answered ring at this key. The
unanswered call returns to your SelecSet (or another
attendant) after a pre-set number of seconds. If the
called station has coverage registered for outside
calls, the call goes to the coverage point instead of to
an attendant. See
