This option is used to set the language to be used in the phone accord-
ing to the language used in your USIM card:
If the language used in the USIM is Simplified Chinese, French or
l
English, the language used in the phone will be set automatically to
the Simplified Chinese, French or English respectively.
If the language used in USIM is not Simplified Chinese, French nor
l
English, the language used in the phone will be set to English auto-
matically.

Set to French.
English
Set to English.
Date and time
This option is used to change the system time of the phone.
Date format
This option is used to change the display format of the system time of the phone. Three for-
mats are available: yy/mm/dd, mm/dd/yy, dd/mm/yy.
Brightness
It is used to set the brightness of the screen. Three levels are available.
