SD Card Reader
You can use the USB cable to read the files saved on the SD card.
On the main menu screen, select Settings/Connect/SD card reader, and press
cess it.
Follow these steps to use the SD card reader:
1. Insert the SD card to your phone.
2. Select Connect/SD card reader/On.
3. Connect your phone and PC with the USB cable.
4. "Found New Hardware" is displayed on your PC, and an icon indicating a new mobile
memory driver appears, by which you can operate the data in the SD card on your PC.
Note:
The function of SD card reader and the other functions using USB cable are in-
l
compatible. If you enable the SD card reader, the other functions using the USB
cable will be unavailable at once. If you need to recover the other USB functions,
disable the function of card reader.
After the function of SD card reader is enabled, you can not access the SD card
l
through the Gallery of your phone. To access it, disable the function of SD card
reader at first.
Since the function of SD card reader is enabled, if your phone had been restarted
l
and then you want to use the USB Modem function, you need to disable the func-
tion of SD card reader and set the USB Modem again.
Notes to the Functions of the Connections
Some of the data connection functions of the U526 phone can not be used simultaneously. It
