Step

Install the HUAWEI U526 MOBILE PHONE PC Assistant coming with your
phone: Insert the disk and select "Install HUAWEI PC Assistant" and "Install
USB Data Cable Driver", then, click <Continue> and follow the guide to
complete the installation.

Access the main menu screen, and select Settings/Connect/Modem setup, set
modem via USB, and then press Settings to select a data account to be used.

Connect your phone and PC with the USB cable.

Run the application program of the HUAWEI U526 MOBILE PHONE PC
Assistant on the PC.

Now you can operate the synchronization.

Note:
While running the HUAWEI U526 MOBILE PHONE PC Assistant on the PC, you
can select "Communication" from the "Options", and then click <Default> to con-
nect the port corresponding to the USB Modem.
Accessing the Internet by USB
Connecting your phone and PC with the USB cable enables the PC to use the phone as a
modem to establish a dial-up connection to the Internet.
