the CO tank pressure� The CO

tank output pressure should be
approximately 15 to 20 psi�

pressure, turn the regulator knob
clockwise while monitoring the
pressure on the output gauge�
To decrease CO
pressure, alternately turn
the regulator knob a

counterclockwise and release
pressure using the pressure relief
valve� Listen for any gas leaks�
NOTE: The CO
pressure should be approximately
5 psi above your intended
fermentation pressure�
