Message
• Check whether the baud rate settings for the
communication interface and RS-232C are proper.
• Check the cable connection. Check for cable
breakage.
• Check whether the connected equipment or PC is
activated properly.
• Check whether the lens material in the received job data is
set to "Glass".
• Check whether the host PC operates properly.
• Check the cable connection. Check for cable
breakage
• Check whether the front cover is closed.
• Check whether the sensor is defective.
• Check whether the sensor is on when the cover is
closed.
• Check whether the shape data is too small.
• Check wheter the size set for retouching is too small.
• Check whether the lens measurement data has any
abnormality using bevel simulation.
• Check the LMU feeler movement.
• Check whether the feelers contact the rubbers of the
lens clamps using small diameter shape.
• Replace the LMU.
• Check and adjust the H axis movement or replace the
H axis unit. (Check whether anything is pulling on the
diaphragm and snagging on the cables.)
• Check and adjust the R axis movement or replace the
R axis unit. (Check whether the R axis is partially
heavy due to decentration.)
• Check the current of the brushless motor. (Check the
irregularity of the current values on the hardware test
screen.)
(Check for poor connection of the cable. Replace
BA06/inverter/motor.)
• Check the current of the brushless motor. (Check the

• Dress the wheel.
• Check the lens shape. (Check for discontinuous areas
in the lens shape.)
