If the problem cannot be solved by following the instructions provided in the table above, please contact
your maintenance provider (listed on the back cover) or the nearest Mitsubishi Electric dealer along with
the types of information listed below.
(1) Model name
The model name is a string that starts with "CAHV" and is found on the lower part of the left side of
the unit.
(2) Serial number
Example: 75W00001
(3) Error code
(4) Nature of the problem in detail
Example: The unit stops approximately one minute after it was started.
