3.4.1 Leveling Signals
Leveling signals comprise the leveling switch and leveling plate and are directly connected to the input
terminal of the controller. It is used to enable the car to land at each floor accurately.
The leveling switches are generally installed on the top of the car. The NICE3000
installation of 1−3 leveling switches. The leveling plate is installed on the guide rail in the shaft. A leveling
plate needs to be installed at each floor. Ensure that leveling plates at all floors are mounted with the same
depth and verticality.
The following figure shows the installation of leveling signals.

New Fuji elevator with monarch drive The door operator open signal light doesn't come on

4. Elevator Lock Signal Active: If the elevator lock signal is active, the elevator will not respond to calls, and no door open signal will be generated.
5. Fault Conditions: Certain faults like motor overheat (Err39) or communication failure (E57) can prevent normal operation, including door opening.
6. Door Open Limit Signal Not Detected: If the door open limit signal is not properly detected (E55), the system may not allow the door to open.
