9. If the oil level is low, wipe off the area around the oil
fill cap, remove cap and fill to the full mark on the
dipstick (Figure 33). Do not overfill.
Important: Do not operate the engine with the oil
level below the low (or add) mark on the dipstick,
or over the full mark.

Changing the Engine Oil
Service Interval: Every 100 hours (more often in dirty or
dusty conditions).
Note: Dispose of the used oil at a recycling center.
1. Park the machine so that the rear is slightly lower than
the front to ensure that the oil drains completely.
2. Move the speed control lever to the neutral position
to stop the machine.
3. Disengage the PTO, engage the parking brake, stop the
engine, and wait for all moving parts to stop.
