To fix a jammed brush roller release button on a Gtech AirRam AR20:

1. Turn off the device and remove the battery for safety.
2. Try to remove the brush bar by starting at the button end.
3. If the button is stuck, check for debris or hair around the release area that may be blocking movement.
4. Use scissors to cut and remove hair or debris from the groove along the brush bar.
5. Once clear, reinsert the brush bar by first inserting the end furthest from the button, then push the rest in until it clicks into place.

If the problem persists, follow the troubleshooting steps: empty the bin, check bin and filter fitment, clean or replace the filter, and check the brush bar fitment.
