If this popup doesn't appear for some reason:
1. Open the 'Computer' window (or 'My Computer' on Windows XP)
2. Double‐Click on 'CD Drive (X:) 3 Mobile' ('X' in this case can be any drive letter)
3. In the window that opens, double click on DataCard_Setup.exe
