Symptom
Does the wash load include a lot of items that
tangle easily, such as trousers and long-sleeve
shirts?
Did you spin the laundry before running the
drying operation?

Possible cause
If laundry is dried in a tangled state, uneven
drying may occur.
If you dry laundry that has not been spun, the
laundry may not be completely dry when the
drying operation finishes.
Removing the dry filter during the drying
operation will change the pressure inside the
drum and reduce the performance.
Uneven drying may occur depending on
the combination of items dried, and when
the ambient temperature of the machine's
installation location is low (especially in winter).
Lint clogs in the drain outlet and drain hose
can affect the drying operation.
Solution
When washing items that tangle easily, untangle
the laundry manually after the spin cycle, and
then run the drying operation.
When drying wet laundry, run the spin cycle once
before starting the drying operation.
Do not remove the dry filter during the drying
operation.
Press the <SPIN/DRY LEVEL> button to set the
drying level to [EXTRA]. (P. 69)
Run the drying operation in the [HEAVY]
program. (P. 40) Remove laundry immediately
after the drying operations finish.
Check the drain outlet and drain hose, and
remove any lint or debris.
If wrinkles are a concern, untangle the laundry
manually and smooth out wrinkles after the spin
cycle, and then run the drying operation.
Use a program that includes the [WIND IRON]
function. (P. 26)
Run the <<DRY>> > [FUZZY] program for 30
minutes.
The laundry will be half dry when the operation
finishes. Hang dry the laundry after the operation.
Use the Fluffy Clothes function. (P. 73)
Run the <STEAM IRON> operation.
Reduce the wash load size to 3 kg or less before
drying.
Remove laundry immediately after the drying
operations finish. The weight of other laundry
may cause wrinkles.
