 Procedures
• Perform the adjustment in accordance with the procedures below.
• The item to set varies depending on the type of data to adjust. Select an effective option according to
the data format to adjust, such as a print image (raster data), text (font), and line drawing (graphic
data).
For Windows
PCL PS XPS
(1) Perform background adjustment.
For details of the adjustment procedure, refer to "3.1.3 Background Adjustment".
• This adjustment makes all light colors darker. To adjust a particular light color, perform procedures
(2) to (4).
• To adjust the color image: Go to procedures (2) and (3).
• To adjust the black and white image: Go to procedure (4).
PCL PS XPS
(2) Perform color balance adjustment.
For details of the adjustment procedure, refer to "3.1.5 Color Balance Adjustment".
PCL PS XPS
(3) Perform gamma balance adjustment.
For details of the adjustment procedure, refer to "3.1.1 Gamma Balance Adjustment".

Nothing in particular.
