When using PathManager, MPIO function of the iSCSI Software Initiator
cannot be used. If the iSCSI Software Initiator has already been installed
and MPIO function is set to enabled, you must uninstall the iSCSI Software
Initiator. Then reinstall the iSCSI Software Initiator with the setting not using
MPIO function.
