CAUTION :

be sure
that the
flashlight
is
switched off and the battery cartridge
is removed before attempting to perform inspection or maintenance.
Replacing light bulb

Turn the ring counterclockwise and
remove the ring, reflector and bulb
together. Pull the bulb holder out
of the reflector. Pull the bulb out
of the bulb holder after turning the
bulb slightly clockwise.
To install a new bulb, follow the re-
moval procedure in reverse. There
are three notches in the bulb holder.
Set the bulb in the center notch.

CAUTION :

Replacement light bulbs are readily available from your Makita dealers,
or Makita Authorized or Factory Service Centers. Always specify bulb
type
(9.6 V,
500 mA).
*Never attempt to short the bulb
