WARNING
Always disconnect the nailer from the air supply before ANY KIND of adjustment, clearance of jams,
service, cleaning, re-locating and during non-operation.
Always wear safety goggles with side shields and hearing protection. Employers and users are responsible
for ensuring anyone near the nailer is also protected.
When the nailer is being loaded or is connected to the air compressor, never place your hand or any other
body part in the nail discharge area.
Use only parts and fasteners recommended by specification. Do not modify the nailer without authorization.
CAUTION
Do not throw the tool, strike the body in any way or use the tool as a hammer to knock material in place.
NOTE
Do not use the tool if it is not loaded, as this will accelerate wear on the nailer.
Make sure all hoses and fittings are free from damage and dirt, replacing any necessary items.
CAUTION:Do not store the nailer in cold weather as the valves and mechanisms may freeze up, causing the
tool to operate incorrectly.
Be sure to disconnect the nailer from the air supply before lubricating.
The nailer must be lubricated before the first use, and before and after each additional use. Oiling prevents
rust and extra wear. Manual lubrication can be skipped if an Oiler is used.
An Oiler conveniently provides oil circulation that also increases the efficiency and life of the tool. An Oiler
should be used if the nailer is used heavily or constantly. The Oiler should be checked daily for oil level.
NOTE
If operating in cold weather or below freezing, use permanent antifreeze as a lubricant. Some drying agents
may damage o-ring and seals, be sure to check these.
