Conference Calls

Add Additional Participants to Existing Call

If your video system allows, you may have the capability to initiate
a video conference with several participants. You must call each
participant one by one.
While in a call tap Add and locate whom to call, tap Call.
You may be prompted to tap Merge. This will create the
conference. You may cancel this call without terminating the
first call you were in by tapping Cancel.
View Meeting Participants List
In a call, swipe your finger horizontally to the left or tap the
small grey dot. A list will show all the participants, even if they
are on Hold.
Lock Speaker
During a conference call, voice switching will be active.
This is where the screen will display the speaker. If you wish
to keep the view on one of the participants, you can utilise the
lock speaker.
While this person is speaking, tap that speaker's avatar.
Tap Lock as speaker. Once this is activated the field will
change to Unlock as speaker which you can press to enable
voice switching.
