LINK CHECK
LAN cable connection is checked.
Ext loopback test
This menu is used to test the NETWORK connector.
With the power to this unit turned off, short between pins
No. 1 (Rx+) and No. 3 (Tx+) of the NETWORK connector.
(Be sure to turn off the power to this unit when shorting
these pins.)
Start self-diagnostic function and select this menu.
Note) Be sure to return the shorted pins to their origi-
nal condition after executing this test.
PHY TEST
Check the connection condition between PHY (IC561 DSP
P.C.B.) and VNP2 (IC704 DSP P.C.B.).
Line noise measurement 10Mbps
Measure the line noise 10Mbps.
Line noise measurement 100Mbps
Measure the line noise 100Mbps.
