Description/Comments
This program sets what happens
when an unanswered call to a
Department Group pilot number
reaches the last member of the
group.
If set to (0), once the last
extension is called the hunting
stops.
If set to (1), once the last
extension is called the hunting
continues to search for an idle
member to receive the call.
1 (circular) is recommended
when using a Department Group
for a IVR – Broadcast.
Set the type of hunting for each
Extension (Department) Group.
3 (Hunting When Busy or No
Answer) is recommended when
using a Department Group for a
IVR – Broadcast.
Use this program to assign all
Broadcast ports to the Department
Group.
Assign the Codec that is to be
used for any 3rd party SIP
stations.
When IVR – Broadcast is installed,
this program must be set to 0
(G.711).
Define the DTMF Relay Mode.
When IVR – Broadcast is installed,
this program must be set to 1
(RFC2833).
