SV8100 VM8000 InMail Programming Guide Rev 8 2.5 Configure Mailbox for Dialing Option Each mailbox can be set to allow dialing options. This allows callers who get to the personal greeting to dial extension numbers or one key dialing option. To do this the caller falls through to the Next Call Routing Mailbox and the Dial Action Table that is associated with that Routing Mailbox is where the dialing options are configured. -

For this example use 202. Group Mailbox Extension 47-03-02 For Group Mailbox 1 set the extension number from PRG 41-19-02 (201). -

Email Notification feature (1013) and have the appropriate number of Email client licenses (1014). This feature also requires that the SV8100 have access to the Internet if an Internet email service is to be used. The following example shows the programming for a Gmail (Google) account. Gmail will allow SMTP relay for an account but you must set SMTP forwarding for that account. -

These settings are made on a per mailbox basis and with the exception of 47-02-20 must be done in system programming.
