The purpose of this debug process is to find out where the problem is on
WCDMA Tx path. In other words, engineers can judge the defect component
on RF path by using "Debug tool". Debug tool makes Halley into test mode so
that PA can transmit power continuously.
The usage of debug tool can be referred to "Debug tool user guide"
provided by Halley ATS engineers. Related parameters of debug tool are
prescribed in the following table.
