For bits without a collar:
Pivot the tool retainer back and slightly downward. With the notched portion of the
bit facing the tool retainer shaft, insert the bit into the tool holder
as
far as
it
will go.
Then pivot the tool retainer further downward toward the cylinder A to securely
retain the bit.
When the bit is inserted.
When the bit is retained.

To remove the bit, follow the installation procedures in reverse.
Side handle (auxiliary handle)
The side handle can be secured in any posi-
tion. Loosen the nut and swing the side
handle to the desired position. Then tighten
the nut firmly to secure the side handle. If
the
set
bolt turns together with the nut
when you turn the nut, set the
set
bolt
so that the projecting portion of the side
handle is fitted into the notch in the bolt
head.
