LCD screen Displays features such as the time, date, phone number,
caller ID, call status, and softkey tabs.
Cisco Unified Indicates the Cisco Unified IP Phone series to which the
IP Phone series phone belongs.

Softkeys Enable you to engage any of the functions displayed on
the corresponding phone screen tabs. Softkeys point to
feature options that are displayed along the bottom of the
phone screen. Softkeys change depending on the status
of the phone, and on the softkey template used.
