Does the Digital Deck home entertainment system
handle HD (high-definition) television signals?
A:
Digital Deck affords D1 quality, standard-definition
video signals. HD video signals from an HD satellite
or cable receiver can be recorded and distributed to
other rooms in standard definition. If you have an HD
cable or satellite receiver, ask your installer to connect
your high definition directly to both your television
and your eDeck. This will allow you to enjoy your
high-definition programming on the connected
television and still distribute that same content in
standard definition via your Digital Deck
Entertainment Network.

How are Digital Deck software upgrades distributed?

Digital Deck distributes each software upgrade
through the Internet directly to every Digital Deck
system using a secure protocol.
