3. Clearing a Program Key

NOTE:
The operation in a pre-programmed Program key cannot be changed. Program
Key must first be cleared and then the new operation entered.

4. Using a Pre-programmed Program Key

When you press a pre-programmed Program key, the FO-220 will automatically
perform the programmed operation. If a start time has been included in the
operation, a timed reservation will be set.
Procedure:
(1) Place document(s) in the feeder.
(This step is not needed when polling is to be done.)
(2) Press a Program key.
The unit will automatically begin the programmed operation.
If a start time has been specified in the program, the message, "PRG: (pro-
l
gram name) ENTERED," will appear in the display, and the machine returns
to the STAND-BY mode.

5. Cancelling a Selected Program

Procedure:
When you need to cancel a program, selected with a Program key, that is to
take place at a later time (uses the timer), press the same Program key again.
XII. ADVANCED FEATURES
STAN D-BY mode.
Select the program clear mode.
Press the Program key (Pl - 3) to be cleared.
Press the START/COPY key to clear key.
Press the STOP/C key when data is cleared to
return machine to the STAND-BY mode.
