STORING, EDITING, AND CLEARING AUTO DIAL KEYS AND NUMBERS

Storing a group key

You can store multiple destinations in a group key. This lets you dial all of those destinations by simply
touching the group key, saving you the trouble of dialing multiple rapid dial numbers, Speed Dial
numbers, and/or full fax numbers. A combined total of 50 keys are available for rapid and group dialing,
and one group key can contain as many as 100 destinations (however, the total number of destinations
that can be stored in all group keys is 150).

One group key cannot be stored in another group key.

Option settings cannot be selected for group keys.

Rapid dial numbers and Speed Dial numbers that have sub-addresses cannot be stored in a group
key.

Display the auto dial storing screen. (See steps 1 and 2 on page 47)

Press the rapid key (01 to 50) that you wish to store.

Enter the group name (See page 63) and then press the OK key.

Up to 36 characters can be entered for the name.
