1 STANDBY/ON
Turns the recorder on and off.
Press to turn the power on and off. (As to
the indication of the Operate switch, " I "
shows ON and "Í" shows electrical power
stand-by.)

Connects external digital equipment with a
DV jack.

Connects external equipment.
4 DISC TRAY
Opens to accept a disc.
5 DISPLAY
Displays the playing status, title/ chapter/
time, etc.

Starts recording.
