12) Reattach the upper door to the hinge pin. IMPORTANT: The door
must be supported from the underneath until step 17 has been
completed. The upper door MUST NOT be allowed to hang loose whilst
steps 12-17 are being followed. We recommend that one person
supports the door, whilst the other person completes the steps
outlined below.
15) Firmly secure the middle hinge assembly to the cabinet using the
screws that you removed previously. The holes contain insulation foam
which can be easily bored into.
16) Ensure that the upper door is level, and make sure that it can
open and shut easily, without fouling against the cabinet.
17) Reconnect the lower door, taking care to ensure that the top pin
fits securely into its socket.
18) Reattach the bottom hinges, making sure that lower hinge pin and
washers are located on the opposite side of the cabinet to their original
position. Take care to ensure that the lower hinge pin fits into the
socket properly.
19) Ensure that all hole covering caps are replaced.
IMPORTANT: Check that both the upper and lower
doors open and shut correctly, without fouling, after
you have completed the door reversal process.
13) Using a small flat-headed screwdriver, prise
the covering caps from the hole in the middle of
the cabinet. Place them in the holes that have
been left by the removal of the middle hinge.
14) Invert the middle hinge and carefully place the
hinge pin into the bottom hole of the upper door.
