TUNING INTO STATIONS
Beat cut function

li noise occurs during AM broadcast recording, perform the
tollowing procedures to reduce the noise.
1 Press the POWER switch so that the STANDBY
indicator lights up.
2 Turn on the power while pressing the MONO
button.
(The BEAT CUT indicator on the display
lights up.)

Tocancel the BEAT CUT function, repeat 1 and 2.

Upto 24 FM/AM stations can be memorized at random.

For FM reception, the MONO setting can be memorized.

1 Tune in the desired station.
2 Press MEMORY.

1 Press FREQ/STATION to select station
mode.
Station No. appears on the display.
2 Select the desired station number to
recall by pressing © or @ button.
@ When the function is set to TUNER, it is possible to select
the station with the number buttons on the remote control
unit.
NOTES:
e
The memorized stations will not be erased even if the
power is turned off. However, if the AC power cord is
unplugged or a power
failure occurs,
the memorized
stations will be erased. (if the AC power cord is unplugged,
the memorized stations will be preserved for several days.)

/f the memorized stations have been erased, memorize
them again.
