Problem

• Disconnect the product from the water source before
transportation of the product.
• Attach the product to prevent movement during
transportation.

• Drain all water from the product, the high-pressure
water hose, and the accessories before you put

Possible cause
The hose reel is blocked.
The O-rings are worn or damaged.

The ambient temperature in the work
area is too low.
The ambient temperature in the stor-
age is too low.
The water inlet temperature is too
high.
The water sensor cannot register the
water level.
The temperature sensor cannot reg-
ister the water temperature.
It is recommended to replace the O-
rings.
It is recommended to clean the water
filter in the water inlet on the product.

Solution
Remove the hose reel cover and re-
move the blockage. Clean the hose
reel.
Replace the O-rings.

Only operate the product when the
ambient temperature is 4 °C or more.
Keep the product in a dry and frost-
free environment. Make sure that the
ambient temperature in the storage is
more than 0 °C.
Make sure that the water inlet tem-
perature is max. 40 °C.
Stop the product and wait for 5
minutes before you start the prod-
uct again. If the problem continues,
speak to an approved service agent.
