Maintenance schedule
Maintenance
Do a general inspection. Refer to
Clean the product. Refer to
Clean the spray lance and the nozzles. Refer to
25 .
Clean the water filter. Replace the water filter if it is damaged. Refer to
the water filter on page 26 .
Lubricate the O-rings on the couplings. Refer to
couplings on page 26 .
Clean the filter in the foam sprayer.
To do a general inspection
WARNING:
off (0) position and disconnect the power
plug from the power source before you do
maintenance on the product.
CAUTION:
the water source and make sure that all
parts are dry before you do maintenance on
the product.
Make sure that the nuts and the screws on the
product are tightened.
Make sure that the cables on the product are not in a
position where they can become damaged.
Examine the high-pressure hose for wear and
damage.
WARNING:
product if the high-pressure hose is worn
or damaged.
To clean the product
WARNING:
off (0) position and disconnect the power
plug from the power source before you do
maintenance on the product.
CAUTION:
the water source and make sure that all
parts are dry before you do maintenance on
the product.
Clean all external parts with a dry cloth.

Keep the air inlets clean to make sure that the
product always has sufficiently cool temperature.

1. If a nozzle is installed on the spray lance, remove it
from the spray lance. Refer to
page 21 .
2. Clean the nozzles, the coupling on the spray lance,
and the coupling on the spray handle with soap and
water. (Fig. 65)
3. If there is blockage in the nozzles, remove it with the
cleaning tool. (Fig. 66)
